(一)應徵資格:
1.徵聘對象:文化人類學、考古學專長之專任助理教授。
2.徵聘資格:具人類學或考古學領域之博士學位者。醫療人類學、東南亞人類學、科技考古學優先。

(二)須繳資料:

4.研究成果及未來方向、研究教學理念說明、授課大綱(至少四門)。
5.五年內(即2019年10月1日以後)已出版之論文著作目錄表,以及自認足以彰顯現研究能力與成績之代表著作1篇(或屬系列性研究著作)及參考著作(至多3篇)。
申請人應為代表性論文的第一作者和/或通訊作者,且代表性論文應發表在有同儕審查制度的專書或期刊上。如為共同撰寫,應提供共同作者對申請人代表性著作的貢獻證明原件。
6.五年內取得博士學位者,其代表著作應為博士論文,若非用中文或英文寫作者,請檢附足以表達其內容之英文或中文摘要。

Faculty Position Announcement
Institute of Anthropology, National Tsing Hua University (NTHU)
The Institute of Anthropology at National Tsing Hua University invites applications for tenure-track Assistant Professor positions. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology or Archaeology at the time of the appointment. Preference is given to candidates with expertise in Medical Anthropology, the Anthropology of Southeast Asia, or Archaeometry. The start date for the position(s) is August 1, 2025.
Located in Hsinchu City in northern Taiwan, NTHU is a leading research-intensive university that is consistently ranked among the top in Asia. The Institute of Anthropology provides Master’s and Ph.D.’s degrees in Anthropology, an Anthropology Major within the Bachelor Program in Humanities and Social Sciences, and, in collaboration with the Institute of Taiwan Literatures, a Master’s degree in Taiwan Studies for in-service teachers. *Selected publications should demonstrate applicant’s excellence in research. Representative publications should be peer-reviewed scholarly books or journal articles, with the applicant as the first and/or corresponding author. If a publication is co-authored, an original copy of verification of the applicant’s contribution to the publication should be provided.
6.Applicants who have received their Ph.D.’s degree within the last five years should submit their doctoral dissertation as their representative work (i.e., Item 5.B.). If the dissertation is not written in Chinese or English, include an English or Chinese abstract that sufficiently convey its content.
7.Three reference letters.
8.Applicants whose first language is not Chinese must demonstrate working-level proficiency in Chinese.
