摘要:
In situations of disaster precipitated by natural events,
complex social processes of a spatio-temporal kind emerge from the
initial circumstances of disruption in people's lives. The
anthropological study of such processes must involve both short-term
and long-term components of enquiry and understanding, from the
beginnings with immediate relief provided by government, NGOs, and
self-help, to the later issues that may emerge from forced relocation,
loss of land, and cosmic disorder of the life-world that people must
find ways to overcome.
